We provides onsite technical support with a four hour response time to customers with maintenance contracts. You can rest assure that we will do all that we can restore your business network / computer back operating again. BNM also provides telephone support to all customers with Maintenance contracts to answer any of their computer related questions.

BNM's Training Services offer a variety of education opportunities, from traditional, instructor-led, classroom education to self-paced multimedia which incorporate multimedia strategies and technologies with traditional instructional design methodologies
